Anti-static special coating varnish Z182 E-tos S varnish

A special coating material that prevents static electricity by coating the surface of plastic film.
A surface resistance value of about 109~1011Ω/□ can be obtained. It has transparency and has excellent adhesion to treated PET, treated PE, and treated OPP films.
Suitable as a surface coating agent for packaging, electronics, building materials materials, etc. for powders and granules that are sensitive to static electricity.

Surface resistance value

A good antistatic effect can be obtained by applying approximately 1 μm (dry) to the film surface.

Heat resistance

It has improved heat resistance compared to our conventional product (Z093 E-tos PAS-GT Varnish).

Recommended printing conditions

  • Standard version depth: 20μm Corrosion version
  • Dilution solvent: Z182 E-tos solvent (alcohol/ester/ketone type)
  • Dilution viscosity: Zahn Cup #3 17-18 seconds
  • Drying temperature: 60℃
