FLASH DRY™ LED (Series)

This product has been developed for printing presses equipped with ultraviolet light emitting LED lamps.
It has been designed to achieve excellent curability, tough the range of LED wavelength is narrow and the amount of radiated light is low.
First in the industry to obtain the [Ecomark (102)],[Recycling A] marks as non-hybrid UV curing type inks when printed under LED light sources.

FLASH DRY™ HS (Series)

High sensitive ink series that can be used on existing UV printing presses installed in printing companies.
Regarding 4 process colors, there are 2 types of color hue: one for paper packaging (Carton hue) and one which is similar to the oil based inks hue (TOYO KING NEX™ hue).
Since the TOYO KING NEX hue is in accordance to Japan Color 2011, the printing works that are usually done with oil-based inks can be easily done with these UV inks getting very similar results. First in the industry to receive the [Ecomark (102)],[Recycling A] marks as non-hybrid UV curing type inks.

* Special attention is required in some parts of the light curing process (in case of using existing UV machines)

FLASH DRY™ K-HS (Series)

Special ink developed for the "H-UV system" of Komori Corporation. The 4-color process inks are available in 2 types of hue:
- paper package type (carton hue)
- similar to oil-based inks (TOYO KING NEX hue)

Since the TOYO KING NEX hue is in accordance to Japan Color 2011, the printing works that are usually done with oil-based inks can be easily done with these UV inks getting very similar results.
